AI Credits are the payment unit on ChaTask, used to activate Specialized AI Agents and advanced AI features such as document analysis, image processing, in-depth research, and workflow automation.
AI Credits operate as a shared AI fund for the Workspace, enabling businesses to flexibly use AI based on their needs without managing individual AI models.

How to buy
AI Credits are purchased in packages and shared across the entire Workspace. Workspace Administrators can purchase additional credits at any time to continue using AI Agents and advanced AI features.
Cumulative & never expire
AI Credits have no expiry date. New credits will be directly added to the existing balance and used until depleted.
Usage Statistics & Reports
ChaTask provides detailed AI usage reports by Workspace, member, AI Agent, and individual tasks — recording full token processing, AI model usage, actual AI cost, and total AI Credits consumed, helping businesses easily track and control their budget.

Exchange rate: ChaTask automatically converts actual AI processing costs to AI Credits and deducts from the Workspace AI Credits pool — currently, 1 AI Credit equals $0.001 in AI usage value.
Because each AI model has different cost levels and token consumption, the same task may use a different number of AI Credits depending on the AI model used.
