On the morning of October 15, 2025, a speech by His Excellency Pham Quang Hieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Japan, took place at the Kagoshima International Exchange Center.
The Ambassador emphasized the friendly relationship and the bilateral development between Vietnam and Japan.
The event was co organized by the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan and the Kagoshima Prefectural Government, with the participation of TCOM JAPAN along with representatives from organizations, businesses, and Vietnamese associations in Japan.
At the speech, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu shared updated information about Vietnam’s economic situation as well as orientations for Vietnam-Japan cooperation in the coming period. In addition, speakers from Vietnamese organizations in Japan, such as the Vietnam Japan Business Association and the Vietnam DX Association in Japan, also introduced their activities, aiming to build an increasingly strong, modern, and sustainable Vietnamese business community in Japan.
After the speech, representatives of TCOM JAPAN and the delegation had a visit and working session with Mr. Shiota Koichi, Governor of Kagoshima Prefecture, to exchange views and further strengthen the friendly cooperative relationship between the two countries.
